Description
This version has the same chamber length as the base model, but is ten millimeters wider and twenty lower. The size is 250 by 150 by 120 mm. In practical terms, it fits wider work, while the chamber reaches temperature faster.
The weight remains 5 kg and the forge reaches 1,370 °C. Designed for blacksmiths, farriers, and knifemakers.
Burner and air supply
304 stainless steel, working pressure between 1 and 25 PSI, and a factory setting for a neutral flame. You handle the fine-tuning yourself with the choke.
Without that adjustment you'll get stuck: every pressure calls for a different air-to-gas ratio, and if that's off, the maximum temperature stays out of reach.
Lining
A 1-inch ceramic coating on the inside, with a floor of ceramic brick.
Fuel
Butane, propane, butane mixed with propane, and LPG are all suitable. Natural gas is not.
