Nargesa PV21 hydraulic forging press, 21 tons

A hammer moves steel with speed, a press with pressure. The PV21 delivers 21 metric tons over a vertical stroke of 296 mm, with a repeat accuracy of 0.03 mm. That lets you produce the same shape identically time after time, which makes all the difference with knives, swords and tools.

Operation

The table is machined and the guidance runs on four chrome-plated 55 mm columns. You operate the press manually or automatically, using mobile safety pedals. The upper and lower limits are bounded by limit switches.

The press arrives fully assembled and is ready for immediate use. Maintenance is minimal and the noise level is virtually zero.

Dies

The standard die measures 130 by 80 mm and is made of hardened 1.2344 steel. Changing takes 45 seconds. The press can work with two side dies at once, and the self-centring dies rotate 90 degrees for larger parts. Custom dies are available.

Safety

Front and rear guards are adjustable in height and orientation, the motor is electrically protected and there is an emergency stop within immediate reach. The press carries CE marking.
