Description
The PC16 forges decorative ends onto metal bars and profiles. Where doing this by hand takes one piece at a time, this machine needs ten seconds and turns out four pieces per minute. Over a workday, that adds up to thousands of identical pieces.
Capacity
You can work round and square material up to 20 mm, and flat steel up to 50 by 10 mm.
Operation
The clamping system is hydraulic. Cycle operation requires a two-hand control, which means the machine won't start moving while your hands are still near the workpiece.
Included
The machine arrives fully assembled on a wooden pallet compliant with ISPM 15. Thanks to the pallet base, you can move it without disassembly.
