Description
This molding flask consists of two halves, each 50 mm high, welded together and fitted with precisely matching bolts. Together they form the box in which you build up your sand mold.
The bottom half
This half is grooved so air can pass through. That limits heat buildup during melting and makes emptying it afterwards a lot easier.
The top half
It features a lip and drilled holes. Use them to secure open-ended punches or dies, so you have both hands free while pouring.
Underneath the flask are four rubber feet that protect your work surface.
