Description
A larger burner diameter means more power: 5 cm and 180,000 BTU compared to 3.5 cm and 80,000 BTU on the smaller model. Designed for ovens with a larger chamber that otherwise won't reach temperature.
The burner is made of 304 stainless steel and works between 1 and 25 PSI. The ball valve turns it on and off, and consumption is low.
Air supply
Every working pressure calls for a different air-to-gas ratio. If your burner doesn't have an adjustable air supply, you simply won't reach the maximum temperature. The control lets you set that ratio yourself.
Fuel
Butane, propane, butane with propane and LPG. Not for natural gas.
