Description
Two burners instead of one bring your oven up to temperature faster and raise the top speed you can achieve. The ball valve lets you choose: either one of the two, or both at once.
The burners are made of 304 stainless steel, measure 3.5 cm in diameter and are spaced 20 cm centre to centre. Check that distance against your oven opening before you order.
Air supply
Every working pressure calls for a different air-to-gas ratio. If your burner doesn't have an adjustable air supply, you simply won't reach the maximum temperature. With the control you set that ratio yourself.
Fuel
Butane, propane, butane with propane and LPG. Natural gas won't work.
