Description
This 0.2 litre crucible is just a step up from the smallest size and is ideal for small castings where you melt exactly the right amount. The crucible is made of ceramic and intended for the gas melting furnace.

Use
Moisture in ceramic expands when heated and can cause the crucible to crack. That's why you should heat it for two hours at 200 °C before first use, or after a long period of not being used. Also clean it before and after every session.
