Description
Lifting a freshly thrown piece off the wheel is the moment when things go wrong: more often than not, you deform it. The Bat System removes that moment. You throw on a separate inlay and then lift the inlay off the wheel, not the piece itself.
How it works
You attach a round 350 mm base plate to the pottery wheel. Four interchangeable inlays measuring 170 by 170 by 12 mm click into it, and you work directly on those.
After throwing, you take the inlay out and set it aside to dry. Meanwhile, you carry on with the next one. For production runs or during a workshop, this saves a considerable amount of time.
Applications
Suitable for pottery wheels with enough surface area for the base plate, including the HSL Profi T-45.
