Description
With this anvil striking plate, you place a protective layer between your workpiece and the face of the anvil. That's handy when splitting and punching, right before the workpiece is pierced through. This way, the plate absorbs the impact that would otherwise leave marks on your anvil.
Specifications
- Material: aluminium
- Dimensions: approx. 160 x 80 x 8 mm
Features
- Protective layer for the face of the anvil
- To be placed between anvil and workpiece
- Helps limit marks caused by sharp, hard and pointed tools
- Replaceable in case of heavy wear
Suitable for
Use the plate for work where you go almost all the way through the material, such as splitting and punching. Especially with pointed or hard tools, this prevents the final blow from landing directly on your anvil.
